Water policy in the Great Lakes - the source of 20 percent of the world’s supply of freshwater - is changing. The Great Lakes Compact requires conservation. Learn about legal, economic, and natural resource impacts of the Great Lakes Compact for craft brewers, and best practices for water savings. Learn how to preserve the Great Lakes while sampling midwestern beers!
The two-day conference for craft brewers, allied industry and NGOs in support of water conservation and the Great Lakes will be held on October 26 and 27th in Milwaukee. The main events will feature systems for water recycling, wastewater treatment, and conservation within a brewery or brewpub.
